I hvae a IC 7000 and control it via CAT. I setup "Split Operation" to Rig.
Today I noticed that when changing bands the RX frequency changes, but the
TX remains at the previous set location.
This is unfortunate: When I tune from the rig itself (to let my auto tuner
get a match), the rig used to the previous freq.
Note that as soon as I press the WSJT-X tune it will switch to the WSJT-X
tx freq and tune properly.
Is this behavior to be expected? I read that getting the current VFO
settings is not possible on an (older) ICOM and there was some work done
and sanitizing this. Maybe this got overlooked?
I use Debian Jessie and I build WSJT-X from scratch (r6703) using the
instruction from the INSTALL file.
