I believe the idea is that you may be doing something else like reading email 
seeing as how it takes about 14 minutes to time out.
So it brings the window to the front even if you're doing something else.  
Since it's silent as of now it hides in the background until you click the 
window so you don't know that it happened.
As a side note...how about also putting the counter in the UDP status message 
so JTAlert and others can have their own audio alert and stop tx themselves on 
a customizable count #?
