It appears the the UDP watchdog timeout flag still gets set when the WD timer
runs down....even when you're not transmitting. It doesn't highlight the
status bar but my test version of JTAlert triggered so the flag must be set.
Do we need a check for m_transmitting in statusUpdate() ?
