Change the last line of qtenv.cmd to this:
WINDIR%\System32\cmd.exe /A /Q /K %scr%\qtenv-build-wsjtx.cmd rinstall
And from a JTSDK window type thisenable-autosvn
That should do what you want.

I tried making a batch file to bring up the cmd window, change to
qtenv.cmd
download the latest ((answer Y to the question))
then issue ... build-wsjtx rinstall
alas .. i fail at it.
anyone have a working batch I may use on win-7/64 ?
