Mike,

Sorry for the false alarm. I had completely forgotten about using the keyboard as a mouse. I tried using the tab key, arrow keys and space bar and sure enough I can navigate the menus and run WSJT with just the keyboard.

Space bar is how you toggle a button without a mouse.
It does it in 1.6 too so there is no change that is causing it....always been that way.
You may not have noticed it before if you hadn't just clicked on a button.
You'll find if you click on Enable, then spacebar, you'll toggle Enable, then tab twice and hit spacebar again and you'll toggle Tune.

I suggest you use the shift key or ctrl key to wake up your computer...no harm done in any software the I know of.

*Subject:* [wsjt-devel] Space Bar enable TX mode?

I am currently using r7163 and have noticed that the space bar will
toggle whatever button I have last used. (I'm not sure what rev this
started happening on.) For example if I last used the tune button I
can also toggle the tune function with the space bar. The same happens
for the Enable TX button but not the for the decode button. I noticed
this because I have the bad habit of waking the PC up by hitting the
space bar and sometime finding the radio in the transmit mode. I don't
see any mention of this as an expected behavior in the keyboard short
cuts list or the documentation but maybe I missed it.
