Hi Chuck. The message means that, the checkout-out you have locally matches that which resides in the repository. In other words, no updates were committed since your last build of Hamlib3.
As for the build mechanics itself, while not necessary in the case above, I let the build continue so as to overt any unintentional corruption through aborting the build.
