Just remember, as your one of the core developers, leaving those options enabled will force a full rebuild of the entire project each iteration, adding a fare amount of time to the build and building elements that were not modified, which may not be necessary if you are working on just one aspect of the code. CMake / Make is pretty smart, it knows what to build and when.
