If I could get a reply about this patch I could add the TIME_OFF.But nobody in
the food chain has commented on it yet.
I think other modes like MSK144 with shorter transmit periods would still be
covered since the time appears to be rounded to the nearest minute so message 2
& 3 should still work pretty well. At least a lot better than what it's doing
now.
There are those of us a bit pedantic about times and I was hoping this patch
would receive favorable treatment.

Please insert TIME_OFF in the record. At first, it will allow to
recognize that the new procedure is used. At second, it allows to
compute the QSO duration.
