Just helped a guy who was having problems with his rig switching to 136kHz.
Turns out his frequency list didn't contain MSK144 50.280 so at some point the
code went to the 1st frequency in the default list and changed the rig to that.
Checking the code I don't quite see how it could happen but it did show up in
the trace log as can be seen here.

I tried duplicating the problem but could not. He reset his frequencies and it
fixed the problem. He was running r7337.
In on_bandComboBox_currentIndexChanged and on_bandComboBox_activated do we want
an else clause on the source_index.isValid check to pop up a message box saying
you don't have a frequency entry for that mode/freq?
