some more info. This is in jt65 and jt9 mode on at least 40 and 20 meter
bands, icom ic-7300 radio with RTS ptt. The software thinks it is in
transmit mode between :00 and :05, because i can't change the message like
you can between :50 and :59 normally. I hope that's clear. Normally you can
change the message right until it starts to transmit, and then clicking the
radio buttons doesn't do anything (yellow highlighted text in the upper
right field) - but the software thinks i am in TX from :00 - :05 as the
message will not change.

Any other info i can provide. Again, i CAN QSO, and the software works fine
otherwise. the dT (time delta) shows +/-0.1-1.0 seconds.
