The first number is described in the WSJT-X User Guide, in a table found here: http://www.physics.princeton.edu/pulsar/K1JT/wsjtx-doc/wsjtx-main-1.7.0.html#_decoded_lines Evidently you are using an unreleased WSJT-X built from a code revision later than r7405. As stated here many times, this is generally unwise unless you have a specific reason to do so.
