On version 1.7 running on Windows 10 Pro I get the following error at
random times:

At line 54 of file C:\Users\bill\src\wsjt-svn\lib\decoder.f90 (unit = 13)
Fortran runtime error: Cannot open file
'C:\Users\OEM\AppData\Local\Temp\WSJT-X/decoded.txt': Permission denied
I believe it may be caused by the forward slant in the file path
Also there is no user "bill"
This error causes the program to crash.
