JT65 with WSJT-X is quite capable of picking out overlapping signals,
especially with 2-pass decoding.
I assume by "full power" you mean 100W? I'd be curious to see what your signal
reports look like on a histogram. 100W is about 12dB above 6W and .I do Japan
all the time on 10-20W.I can tell you that I've seen your signal once with a
VK1MA QSO where he received you at -07.Have you ever done a comparison of
signal levels with your QSO partners to see if your received reports are more
frequently higher than what you send?

Subject: Re: [wsjt-devel] JT65 HF bands capacity, spectra allocation, and
software support
All;
This Saturday afternoon, 15m is crowded and occupied with 100 TX , 83 RX
stations according to JT Alert and the most strong spectrum on 15m
exists on JT65 channel. Wsjt-x Water fall window is really colorful.
See attached screen shot.
Even though we are demonstrating how JT65 is spectrum efficient format,
it is not called as "week signal format" by the reason that we are
creating interference with ourselves packed in single narrow channel. I
need full power to chase DX.
We need to spread out.
Regards,
take
