I can only assume that you're probably talking about MSK144 or one of
the other fast modes. For these modes there is no relevant quantity
DT.
Message frames in MSK144 are only 72 ms long. There's no need to
synchronize times between Tx and Rx station computers, beyond ensuring
that station "A" listens during most of the time that "B" transmits.
The quantity T is time from start of the Rx interval at which decoding
has succeeded.
