I was able to duplicate this problem easily enough...start with empty
WSJT-X.ini, Start WSJT-X then exit. The FastGraph HideControls value will be
true.MainWindow is always visible so no need for anything there. Seems like
there was one extra saveSettings in FastGraph that I got rid of so it's
consistent with WideGraph now.
Patch for HideControls.Visibility of window was affecting the HideControls
value when wide/fast graphs were switchedHideControls value now saved when
executed with CTRL-M
