How about CTRL-E and SHIFT-E for Even/Odd respectively? CTRL-O is already
taken.
This patch enables all the menu function keys even when the menus are hidden
and adds CTRL-E to enable the Tx even checkbox and SHIFT-E to disable it.

Will you please consider adding two keyboard shortcuts to set the "Tx even/1st"
checkbox? Please don't make a single shortcut that toggles the checkbox.
Instead make one for explicitly setting "even" or "1st/odd".
