The version you 'downloaded' is about 30 revisions behind. So anything you're seeing may have already been fixed. Don't download any 'builds' updates are fast and furious. Use the JTSDK to build it yourself, and keep up with the changes so that any reports will be based on the current code base.

I downloaded and installed WSJT-X v1.7.1-devel r7752, running on Windows 7 64bit. Having fun with JT8 on 14.079, but have noticed a tendency to not decode strong signals. Tried turning rx gain down, but does not seem to help. Loosing QSO’s due to this. Other than that, great mode. Like the 15 sec cycle and auto Generate std msgs.
