Hi Hisashi, I have checked that wsjtx-1.8.0-rc1 works correctly on 10.12.5 with my iMac.
Please visit Applications > Utilities > Console and look at System Reports and/or User Reports and us know what messages concerning wsjtx or jt9 you find there.
