You want "Monitor returns to last used frequency" in the general settings under
Beahvior and that SHOULD set the frequencies on the rig to match WSTJ-X.

Subject: [wsjt-devel] FT8 Bad Spots
I just sent a batch of spots for the wrong band. The problem is that this now
happens within 15 seconds of start up which isn't time for me to have checked
all my settings match even though I had CAT control. Guess I will be now be
finding the check box to disable monitor at startup from now on.
Using a Flex 6300 and 2 instances of WSJTX and changed to a different PC. The
Flex remembers the band settings while the PC keeps the WSJTX settings it used
last. Should CAT have checked the frequencies before reporting spots? I had it
all straight within a minute which would have been fine on JT65, but 2 sets of
20m FT8 spots reported as 6m looks bad.
