as I said, the QSO is complete for both parties when the RRR message has
been sent, the rest is dependent of the band the mode of propagation,
the means for stopping the QSO. Hard to fully automate without knowing
what the operator expects and intends.
If you consider the QSO incomplete until you have confirmation that your
73 message has been received then I suggest you should not look away
from the QSO messages until you know that has happened.
