When I build a new version, I preset the old one to “default” configuration to help protect myself. I have 12 configurations, and it irks me when, on rare occasions, a new version screws up all of my window size and placement settings. I never use the default, so I change to that and then shut down before loading the newer version. Then, I load the newer version and change to one of my preferred configs and all is well. I’ve never lost size/location config doing it that way. I’ve also forgotten to do that a few times and was alright some of them. Now and then it changes everything (including levels on the WG/FG) and I hate starting from scratch on that stuff. 73, Gary - AG0N ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Check out the vibrant tech community on one of the world's most engaging tech sites, Slashdot.org! http://sdm.link/slashdot _______________________________________________ wsjt-devel mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/wsjt-devel
