Having TX no longer enabled when someone comes back to a call other than your own is a great thing, but I don't think it should disable TX after a 73 sent to another call.  I  typically enable TX when I expect the CQing station to be sending 73 so I can transmit the full 15sec in the normally dead air after the CQing station sends 73. Currently, if you enable TX under those circumstances when the CQing station sends the 73 TX enable is turned off....
