All "Disable TX after 73" does is keep you from sending your 73
repeatedly.  The cognizant user needs to re-enable transmission after each
QSO, otherwise you've simply created a "QSO Machine".  One could simply
leave their computer and radio on, calling CQ and answering callers all day
with no operator present.
