Echo, echo, echo...... For what it’s worth I’m also experiencing the same symptoms of Phil and Ria. I’m also using a flex radio with the ports set to TCP. Echo off.
Thought it was just me. I just kill the one or two jt9.exe with task manager and restart the slices.
