Hi Jay,

I have 3XY1T confirmed on 20m phone in Feb 2016. I also have 3XDQZ/P in my log from 2004 and looking at the QRZ.COM page of F8DQZ it seems to be valid along with 3XD02 and 3XD02/P. In summary, call signs issued in Guinea are non-standard and almost random apart from starting with 3X. An exception in the JT/FT/WSPR mode protocols will probably be only valid for the latest call that is issued.
