Yes. I have WSJTX and JTDX running perfectly with my FT-1000D. There's nothing
special about the configuration. I use the Yaesu FIF-232C RS232 interface and
a SignaLink USB with my 1000D. Let me see if I can make a screen shot or two of
my WSJTX configuration.
