Hope you haven't in use the port by the orher program, including keying ports!
For me, while using Logger32 on the background I have to close CAT port and
close all subwindows using keying COM, as CW, RTTY and DVR (have ptt, cw, FSK
keying all in one COM..)Then it passes o.k. In in settings must have also
Handshake set. Try to play with this also..
When mentioned Logger32, it was update, while there was possible connect with
WSJT-X via UDP port.. It works fine, but next update this feature is disabled,
due some dissapointments of some users. I keep non-updated version, but anybody
knows the reason, why?

Hi Paul,
the text of the error message including what is show by pushing
the "Show Details..." button would help us diagnose your issue.
You can copy the text of the error message box to the Windows
clipboard by hitting CTRL+C while it is showing.
