I had frequent problems in operation with hamlib.dll - every time I was changing frequencies on Icom rigs hamlib crashed, only setting from within WSJT-x worked ok!
Using either Omnirig or DxLab to "link" WSJT-x with rig solved all problems with Hamlink crashes.
(using Win7/64 - no intension at all to ever use W 10)
