Check your Audio settings in WSJT-X, my was reset to default.

Subject: [wsjt-devel] WSJT Fails transmit after latest W10 update
WSJT and DXLABS PSK31 Fails transmit after latest W10 update. I am using
SIGNALINK USB interface. The strange thing is that Music files played back with
VLC media player work and MMTTY works on DXLABs but WSJT on WSJT-X program and
PSK on DXLABS both fail. Both worked before the update. I know that after this
therefore because of this can be faulty logic but that does not change the fact
that I am having these problems.
