I have 3 versions of WSJT-X which I run on a Mac Mini under OS X 10.11.6 :
v1.8.0 9/2/17 v1.8.0-rc1 7/10/17 v1.8.0-rc2 10/28/17 v1.8.0-rc1 runs perfectly. Close it down, and execute either of the other versions and they: #1 show frequency / band info in red even though “test CAT” returns a green / OK indication #2 show no signals / activity on busy band All preferences are the same, whichever version is executed. Can anyone tell me what’s going on here and how to fix it?
