This updated patch applies against r8339.
Adds single-click to Band Activity and Rx Freq window that does the same as
double-click but does not set Enable.Double-click always sets Enable and the
Configuration item for that goes away.Rearranged some function names to make
more sense with the logic flow and numbering.
