It seems like you could help yourself in this instance. ALL.TXT contains
information like this:

2017-12-20 21:29 14.074 MHz FT8
212915 -12 0.0 570 ~ N5YYF W2GW FN30
212915 -6 0.1 700 ~ K1PL NZ2X -14
212915 -19 0.1 800 ~ CQ KB8BIP EM88
212915 -7 0.3 1127 ~ PY6HD W4BCG EM65
212915 -2 0.6 1170 ~ W2S N0LNK EN10
212915 -9 0.1 1225 ~ CQ WD1Z EM77
212915 -7 0.8 1253 ~ KI7BKL KX4BE RRR
212915 -11 0.2 1498 ~ CQ NN4S EM13
212915 0 -0.3 1620 ~ N9N W0LCI DM58
212915 -1 0.3 1883 ~ CQ N4GLE EM64
212915 -18 0.1 2025 ~ CQ MT N3BUD FN11
212915 -5 1.5 2576 ~ KI4SFT W2QO -01
212915 -10 0.7 1901 ~ W7IWW KF7DUR +10

Which has all of the information that you're requesting, however you'd have
to format it a bit differently, yourself. You must want to manipulate this
information in some fashion, so you're probably going to change it. With a
small amount of effort on your part, you likely have everything you need in
ALL.txt.
