I am using the latest version. I have had some explanations of how this can
happen when conditions are poor and I think that was the cause. I have removed
those unfinished QSOes from my log. I will be more patient to see if they
finish next time.

Gil,

What you are experiencing is what happens if you are using an older version of
WSJT-X and working a station running the current version and sends the RR73 as
the TX4 message. Instead of answering with a TX5 '73' message, with the older
version, you go back to sending the TX2 message.

What version are you using? Check by selecting 'Help' on the tool bar then
'About WSJT-X'.

If you are NOT presently using WSJT-X version "1.8.0 r8193", you can download
the latest Windows, Linux & Mac OS one at:

I am getting some sort of QSO looping. After any QSO is confirmed with the RRR
the program stars all over again as if I just double clicked on a QSO in the
monitoring window. I am sure people are not happy with me doing that ?_

I certainly want to stop that happening.

I am attaching an example.

One good thing though, I did get JTALERT to DXKeeper working although every
time it sends a message that it is not able to be sure it actually logged it.
It has logged it. It shows in the log with no problem, even did the QRZ lookup.
Maybe that is the problem because I do not have a QRZ account, just using the
free lookup for now. I may sign up since I am getting back into radio with this
JT and MWA contest group and my new FT590SG ? I do not have it set to log
automatically to DXKEEPER, it waits until I click Log This QSO. I may change
that after I buy a QRZ account again.
