Hi Ed,
drag the WSJT-X application bundle icon from /Applications and drop it
into the waste bin.
If you want to delete your settings and log files then the locations are
listed in the User Guide but rather than do that simply use the
"Menu->Configurations" drop down to clone your current settings and then
use it again to reset the current configuration. That is equivalent to
starting with a fresh set of preferences but without losing the old ones
in case you want to refer to them.
