Dave,
Probably not. JTAlert already sends the required UDP instruction to
WSJT-X regardless of the decode type. WSJT-X currently ignores the
packets for non-CQ decodes. If WSJT-X changes to action those
currently-ignored packets there should be no need for a JTAlert change.
