Hi Steve,
unfortunately your message text and the screen capture both do not show
the important part of the error message detail. The next time it happens
push the "Show Details ..." to show the message details then hit CTRL+C
on the keyboard, that will copy the full error text to the Windows
clipboard so that it can be pasted into a message reporting the issue.
