Is it possible to not have to use split mode with a SDR like an Anan

Hi Ria,

you will get a warning at startup in Hound mode or when switching to Hound mode, dismiss that and you can carry on without using SPLIT on your rig nor "fake It" mode. I would check with a local station transmitting by down near 300Hz and have them make sure nothing unwanted is happening across their Rx bandwidth.

For others; this advice is only for those using an all digital audio chain, with analogue audio which includes many of the rigs that have build in USB audio because they convert to analogue before feeding the modulator, using "Settings->Radio->Split Operating" as "Rig" or "Fake It" is almost essential if you intend to set your Tx audio offset below 1500 Hz.
