Unless you changed it, 2237 is the default UDP port set by WSJT-X. If
you have JT-Alert running at the same time, it already has the port and
the other program will not be able to use it.
You need to be running the latest release of JT-Alert v1.10.17 (or
higher) and turn on the UDP rebroadcast feature now included in
JT-Alert. You'll find it under the Settings (I forget which tab ..
sorry). Set the port number you want to use on that setting page (I'd
use 2238) and set your cluster software to that number.
