Seems like the v1.9 and 1.9.1 audio signal to my rig software (via VAC) is at least .3db (on the WSJT-x power out slider) than it was in previous versions. In addition, the channel-wide attenuated audio harmonics (?) level that used to be below about -120db now seems to be at about -100db on my HPSDR mrX rx scale. This is using both Windows 10 home and Windows 10pro on two different machines. I went back to v1.9rc4 on one machine and the levels were as in previous versions so it does not seem to be due to a Windows 10 change. My Win home machine just updated to the April version and have not tried it yet - going on vacation for awhile so won’t be able to either.
So far just turning the WSJT-x power control down .3db delivers a pretty clean tx above about -100db and using a 500Hz tx filter with split mode looks to be keeping the low level harmonics out. Have not had a chance to have one of my nearby friends to check my tx yet, but will be looking to do that before field day.
