For what it's worth: on my linux box (Ubuntu 18.04 LTS) the button in
question is labeled "Close without saving". Steve's comments still apply.
Probably we should override the Qt-defined labels, to reduce confusion.

all platforms.

Expect that pressing it would close the window like "Close" button does.
I have 2 (linux) versions to test with: 1.8.0 and 1.9.1 r8733-dirty.
Both are working same way. I.E. button is not working at all.
Minor bug and probably someone has already informed about it.
