I just tried this and see the correct answer for the logging packet.  

Here is part of the two packets I got for logging from each config where the 
station callsign is correct for that config W9MDB and W9MDB/QRP
Can you send the WSJT-X.ini file?

   - Switch configurations.
   - Log a QSO, the adi file correctly has the new station_call, but the UDP 
packet is still using the station_call from the first configuration.
