I had an intermittent problem today with FT8 on 50 MHz. When double
clicking on a station calling me, the Tx2 and Tx3 messages were corrupted.
Instead of a signal report, Tx2 had my grid square, and Tx3 had R-my grid
square,.....
<calling station> KV1E R-EN41 in the Tx3 box. Tx2 had <calling station>
KV1E -EN41
I tried selecting the text and typing the correct messages. They would be
changed as soon as Transmit began.
Sys info:
WSJT-X v1.9.1 r8747
Op Sys: WIN10 with latest updates.
Description: See above.
The settings did not have Fox or Hound checked. "Configuration" is the
default.
I can't reproduce the problem. I halted the WSJT-X program and then
restarted it. It worked for a few QSOs and then reverted to the messages
in error.
The only thing unusual is that I've had WSJT-X running much longer than I
usually do.... from 8 a.m. to late afternoon.
