[wsjt-devel] More on RTTY RU signal report logging

I heard and worked one station running in RTTY RU mode tonight with RST 559
sent both ways.

Later I noteiced that the ADIF log file had 0 for both RST sent and RST rec,
while the Cabrillo file and all.txt have 559 both ways.

WSJT 2.0.0-rc2 compiled from the source tarball on the web site, Kubuntu 14.04
LTS 64 bit.

As a side note it looks like there is a still typo in crc.f90.
