For now disable "Show DXCC, grid, and worked-before status".

I find a a bug in the WSJT-X <> JTAlertX communication. The comunication from
WSJT-S to JTAlertDX work ok. The bug from JTAlertX to WSJT , I find that when I
click over a call window in JALertX to try start a QSO, it its that WSJT-X
start to send report (TX2) do not word. It seems that the WSTJ dont read the
properlly the instruction that JTAlert send him.
