I'm hitting this and have unchecked all the "show DXCC" etc.  in the
jtalert settings.

An odd thing that I haven't seen mentioned here is that it works for
stations that are not CQing. A decode in wsjtx was "234445 -5 0.1 1069 ~
WA1NLG 7Z1IS RR73" which showed up in jtalert without a CQ border, but when
I clicked on it wsjtx switched to transmit and started to send "234503 Tx
1708 ~ 7Z1IS EI6KO IO63 "

Clicking on a CQ call in jtalert was working fine in 1.9.1 with jtalert,
2.12.5, I didnt try earlier rc of wsjtx2. Running on Windows 10 home.
