I see nothing wrong the sequence of messages in your screen shot.
07:28:30 - ZL7X called you with report "-11"
07:28:45 - You sent report "R-05"
07:29:00 - He calls you again, report "-13"
07:29:15 - You send report "R-11"
ZL7X did not send RR73, so there is no QSO.
