Uninstalled all versions, deleted the .ini file and started from scratch.

Installed v1.9.1 and got it set up and now the frequencies and colors in
the various configurations there now stick.

Installed v2.0.0 rc3 and got it set up as well.  Changed some of the colors
to match what I'm used to and the frequency configurations now stick.

But the colors no longer stick in RC3 except for the "Default".  Have to
reset them every time I change to a custom configuration.
