when testing beta quality WSJT-X releases you must at least make some
effort to follow the discussions here where other testers are feeding
back issues and the development team are providing workarounds or
solutions. E.g. if you reviewed the last few days of posts here it would
be clear to you how to address any errors with WSJT-X trying to download
the LotW users data file from the ARRL.
