I used to use tab 2, almost exclusively, until about version 2rc2. Now I use tab 1. One of the reasons for this is that, even though tab 2 would auto-sequence, it would do tab 1 messages instead of the full tab 2 sequence - might as well use the tab that shows what is actually going to be sent. And, I am not sure, but think I remember the tab 1 sequence being followed even if I would click on a tab 2 button - for instance click “73” and enable tx but CQ sent.
I think this is using rc 2 and 3, and, I think rc1 - all Win versions on Win 10 home.
