I'm trying to wrap my head around the latest compatibility issues with rc4.
I'm running version 1.9.1 (75 bit). Am I correct in the following:
* I can complete QSOs (both ways) with all stations running 1.9.1.
* I can complete QSOs (both ways) with all stations running rc2 and rc3.
* I *_cannot_* complete QSOs with stations running rc4. Is it true that
I can decode them but they will not decode me. Or I will not decode them
and they won't decode me.
* When the general release of version 2.0 (77 bit) is released later in
December all stations will need to up grade otherwise, version 1.9.1
stations will only be able to complete QSOs (both ways) _*only*_ with
all stations running 1.9.1.
